4. Payments

The Service offers premium predictions for a fee (e.g., ₹5 per team prediction), processed through our payment partner, PhonePe. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information.
• Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Understand that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by PhonePe or your financial institution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IPL Guru or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Service without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including CricAPI for match data and PhonePe for payments. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the predictions or match data. Fantasy cricket involves risk, and you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our predictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPL Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from fantasy cricket contests or payment disputes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
